Play/Pause button: Starts and stops video. |

Mute button: Turns audio on or off. Use the volume controls on your computer to adjust volume incrementally. |

Progress bar (black):
Indicates the position of the video. You
may move forward and backward in the program by dragging |
the progress bar. Video will auto index to the position of the progress bar. There
may be a short
delay while the video loads, depending on the speed of the CD-ROM / DVD-ROM, the computers processor speed, and RAM. |

Normal/Full-Screen Window: You may switch between normal and full-screen video by clicking on the display button in the right-hand corner of the video player. When |
| changing display modes, the video re-starts from the beginning — please see Progress Bar to control video playback or move to a specific point in the program. We recommend running the entire program in one mode or the other for a smoother viewing experience. |
