Don has extensive expertise in total rewards strategies and implementation and has worked with a wide array of organizations to build total rewards systems.
He has been a partner/principal in several regional and national human resources consulting firms. Don was the 1997 president of the Human Resources Management Association of Greater Kansas City. He has held designation as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) with WorldatWork since 1991. He has been a board member and officer of the Kansas City Compensation & Benefits Association since 1999 and currently serves as a vice president.
