For some people, a promotion is the best thing for their career advancement or their mental well-being. A promotion can be a smart move for a department or an organization. However, this just isn't always the case. The fact is, some people are NOT ready to move up or on in a job. They may not have the skills, the temperament or the impetus. They may need additional knowledge or mentoring. So, where are you? Fill out the following 25 questions based on a scale from 1 to 5.
