As one of the top partners at the prestigious California law firm of Rose, Carson, Kaplan, Choi & White, LLP, Ron has been practicing corporate immigration law for more than 25 years. In the past, he held the position of Chair of the Immigration Department for a well-known international company and has worked on matters involving the integration of immigration and international tax issues.

Ron has traveled the country lecturing to thousands of business professionals on corporate immigration law and currently is on the faculty at the University of California Extension, where he has taught courses for human resources professionals such as "Homeland Security Compliance Issues for Human Resources Departments," "Legal Issues: Employment of Foreign Nationals," and "Sexual Harassment Across Cultures: Practical Strategies and Legal Issues," and has also authored numerous articles on international and immigration law.

Ron is also involved in the field of immigration technology. He currently acts as an advisor to a leading technology company on the development of software to manage corporate immigration and global mobility. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the International Bar Association.
