When you examine the leadership qualities of successful people, one consistent skill rises to the top — coaching. The ability to bring out the best in people is an essential tool for success in any endeavor, but nowhere is
the impact more visible than on
the job.
In this exercise-based seminar, participants will be introduced to StaffCoaching, a coaching model that motivates employees to peak performance. They will also learn what motivates great performers, how to focus the energy of every team member, how to turn crisis into productive energy, and what to do when things are out of control.
To supplement the StaffCoaching model, participants will learn the “Five-Step Management Through Coaching System” using case-study scenarios and real-world techniques. They will review techniques that improve relationships; discover the positive power of criticism; and learn the “secrets of confrontation,” techniques that allow anyone to confront employee behavior positively and proactively.
How much more productive could an organization be if the time spent on employee complications was devoted to increased cooperation on the job? Essential Coaching Skills will reduce employee problems and give your supervisors and managers the leadership edge they need to meet their daily work demands with positive, deliberate and strategic leadership techniques.
