We make the training process easy for you
All of our training programs are tailored to your specific needs by evaluating your organization’s skills and practices, and making recommendations for improvement. You will work with your Training Consultant in pulling together organizational information that will allow us to tailor content to your specific industry, needs and audience.
You will also work closely with your consultant on selecting just the right trainer for your group. We have sample tapes and on-line videos you can preview to get the trainer that best fits your organization, in both delivery style and industry experience.
Once a trainer is selected and background information is collected, our curriculum development staff will go to work developing your training program and support materials, including workbooks. You trainer will also speak with you directly to gain additional feedback and further personalize the material.
