What is the advantage of on-site training?
We will tailor your on-site training sessions to your unique needs, focusing on finding the results that YOU want to achieve. With on-site training, everyone in your organization receives the same high-quality training – even if they’re not on the same work schedule.

What’s the cost of on-site training?
On-site training is very affordable, but the better question is what’s the cost-effectiveness of on-site training? How many employees should we schedule for on-site training?
The smallest group we recommend with on-site training is 10 people, but that’s only from a cost-efficiency aspect for you. If you have fewer employees you want to train, but still would like information on pricing, please contact us. Now, as far as the biggest group…we haven’t reached that ceiling yet.

What kind of lead-time do you need to set up our on-site training?
It normally takes 30-45 days to set up a training session, but we’ll work with you to try and accommodate any special needs you have.

Do I get a choice of which trainer I get?
Absolutely! We have over 350 trainers across the country, and our training consultants will help you pick out the perfect trainer for your needs, based on industry background, area of expertise and training style.

How do I select the right topic for my group?
You will work with one of our training consultants, one on one, to select the right topic, and have it customized to your unique business needs. We can also develop new topics from scratch. Either way, your training consultant will facilitate program development, working with your trainer and our in-house curriculum department to make sure the training is on-target and focused on your goals.

Is training customized to our company?
Yes. Whether it is one of our “core” topics or content developed from scratch, your training focuses on your company, your business strategy, and your unique needs and goals.

How long does training last?
That depends solely on your needs. We can train in half-day sessions, full-day, two-day, multi-day, nights, weekends or holidays. Often we develop ongoing training modules scheduled at regular intervals, such as monthly, semi-annually or annually. Whatever suits your business needs best.

How do you develop the program?
It first starts with an initial consultation with one of our training consultants. We go through a step-by-step process to define your training needs, your goals and your timeline. From there, our development staff, curriculum department and your selected trainer work hand-in-hand to develop content, with continuous feedback and input from you and/or other company representatives. At the same time a project timeline is established to ensure on-time delivery of your training.

What other details need to be taken care of?
Your training consultant will coordinate curriculum development and production of your training workbooks, handle the scheduling and all travel arrangements for your selected trainer, and confirm all training arrangements to ensure a seamless, successful day of training.
