We now offer Audio Conferences as another means to provide our customers with the latest cutting-edge information on important topics quickly and easily. Now you can get world-class training at your office for you … your department … or as many people as you can gather for a conference call – and all for one low registration fee!
Q: How does an Audio Conference work?
A: When you register for an Audio Conference, you’ll be given a special 800 number to call that will connect you to the session. We’ll also send you a unique PIN that you’ll need when you call. About ten minutes before the scheduled start of the seminar, you will call, be connected, and then get today’s hottest training right through your phone. Hook it up to a speaker phone, and an unlimited number of people can participate. If you provide us with the names and e-mail addresses of every participant, we’ll make it even easier on you to train the whole team: we’ll e-mail each one of them the conference materials.

Q: Why should I choose an Audio Conference?
A: We’re all busy. And sometimes it’s tough to open up a spot in your schedule to take a day or two off for a seminar – even when it’s critical information. That’s why an Audio Conference makes perfect sense. In just a little more than an hour, you can:

  • Train one or 100 employees for just one registration fee
  • Not lose an entire day to training – it only takes about an hour!

Q: Do I have to pay for everyone in my office who participates and listens in to the Audio Conference?
A: No. You pay just one registration fee and can invite as many people as you want to join in. Which means your training dollars go further.

Q: Can I access the Audio Conference through your Web site?
A: No. The Audio Conference is accessible through your phone line. One to two business days before the conference, you will receive your conference workbook and outline to follow along during the conference.

Q: What happens if I register, and then something comes up and I have to cancel?
A: We understand that things happen from time to time in the office that you can’t avoid, and you might need to cancel your registration. Here is our cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least five business days before the event. If you cancel less than five business days before the event you will receive a credit for a future seminar. Refer to the confirmation number that you’ll receive when you register and contact our customer service representatives at the following numbers: 913-432-7755, or 1-800-258-7246.

Q: What happens if I get disconnected during the Audio Conference?
A: Should you have trouble connecting with the conference, or get disconnected during it, click here to look over the troubleshooting tips on our Web site or call us at 1-800-258-7246. The troubleshooting tips page gives you step by step instructions on what to do should something happen during the conference.

Q: Can I ask questions during the Conference?
A: Every conference includes a live Q&A session – although, due to time constraints, we cannot guarantee we’ll get to every question. You will have the opportunity to submit questions before the conference by filling out a survey from your confirmation e-mail. Your speaker will make every effort to address questions that have been submitted.
